Luxury Taj Mahal Tour : FAQ's

1. How much time is enough for Taj Mahal?

Two to three hours is plenty of time to see the Taj Mahal. Early morning is the best option to avoid the crowds, so keep that in mind. If you want to see the Taj Mahal and the surrounding sights—such as Agra Fort, Itmad-ud-Daulah (the Baby Taj), Sikandra (Akbar’s Tomb), and Mehtab Bagh (which offers a spectacular view of the Taj Mahal in the evening)—you’ll need at least a full day.

The Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri are all recognised as World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.

  • Taj Mahal

The Taj Mahal is the most visited building in India and is often considered one of the seven wonders of the world. The Taj Mahal was the love masterpiece of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan and his Begum Mumtaz. As Tagore said, the Taj Mahal is like an earring on the cheek of eternity. The historical monuments of Agra attract the most tourists in India every year.

  • Fort of Agra
